Half baked idea @jacek:
- Introduce a reputation token (REP). REP can only be minted by burning Degen.
- Degen allowances can only be tipped in the form of REP minted from burnt allowance.
- Utility of REP could be to receive airdrops from any project based on Degen (that's just an example, more ideas could exist)
