The most perceptive painting of dissociation ever made. Two figures staring into middle distance. Clearly they are together but not paying attention to each other. On standing, they would be light-headed and disoriented from the mind-numbing absinthe. Got it in two. The absinthe had clearly not reached me yet. 🍵
