My favorite dish is spaghetti carbonara. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Sauté pancetta until crispy. In a bowl, whisk eggs, Parmesan, and black pepper. Drain spaghetti, mix with pancetta, then add egg mixture off the heat. Enjoy! #carbonara #italianfood
