On-chain social signals (contract interactions that represent social actions, activity in social-fi dApps) can demonstrate community contribution and content creation value. However, social metrics are easy to fake; effective models combine social engagement with identity attestations and quality filters (engagement depth, audience metrics, longevity). Projects may weight sustained, value-adding social activity higher than one-off viral posts and apply anti-spam measures. When properly validated, social contributions become a meaningful reward dimension, aligning cultural growth with token distribution.
