Ritual and the Future of Decentralized Computation
Most conversations about “AI + crypto” stop at models and GPUs. But if we’re serious about decentralized AI, the hard problem isn’t just running models on-chain.
It’s how to route and price compute fairly across a messy, heterogeneous network of nodes.
This is the problem Ritual is aiming at.
Ritual is building a decentralized execution layer for AI – combining the Ritual Chain with the Infernet network. Requests like LLM inference, model evaluation, and other AI workloads are routed to many different types of nodes, each with their own hardware, costs, and constraints.
Under the hood, Ritual’s design is not “just another gas market.” It is a carefully constructed compute marketplace with strong economic guarantees.
