The waitlist peaked in 2017 & has been dropping since. Unclear whether that's because supply meets demand or ppl have less kids than before.
Other 1000s local govts need more kids. Their biggest prob is ppl not marrying or marrying late. Local govts have actually started seeing their TFR plateau or start to increase.
