Since June 9, I’ve been having recurring nosebleeds.

I wake up with very dry nostrils, traces of blood, and my nose stays blocked pretty much all day.

It’s been going on for a while now, and I’m starting to wonder if I should be concerned.

Has anyone experienced this before? Do I need to see an ENT?

Try getting a dehumidifier? It sounds like you are sleeping in fairly dry circumstances. 

Also idk if this will do anything but giving yourself a gentle lymphatic facial might help? But gentle

Ooh I never thought of getting a dehumidifier! I have asthma (no real crisis in a long time, thankfully) but I feel like it could still help a lot.

Also going to look into lymphatic facials.
