Ripple has announced they are launching a new stablecoin on XRPL, and also on Ethereum to allow for "cross-chain interoperability."
I don't see much demand from other chains for such interoperability. I'm increasingly suspicious the XRP ecosystem consists mainly of Brad Garlicbread sending coins to himself.
