I recently learned about the news that Cabin is winding down operations and distributing money to its token holders and wanted to share some reflections.

Learning about @cabin back in 2021 (from a VC, when I was living in Australia) was one of the reasons that first brought me into web3.

Cabin is winding down operations and distributing the money in the DAO's treasury proportionally to token holders. If you are a token holder: before May 13th, make sure all of your tokens are at the address where you want to receive USDC.

I’m looking for volunteers for the annual CS Fair in NYC on April 2. This event brings 2k high school students and their teachers to a “science fair meets career fair” style event to inspire kids about jobs in tech

This year I’m producing a No-Code Builder Hub to show how anyone can build apps in this AI age. 

We’re looking for volunteers from companies to demo what they are building and individuals to guide students through prompt-based building on no-code platforms.

yeah sell 50% every doubling is a very conservative rule, which I don't always follow in practice. but I do try to at least cash out the principal whenever something moons so it's all upside from there.

How do you bootstrap the other side of the liquidity pools? Or you can make a one-sided pool and then it’s up to users to buy into it/LP?

is there a good primer on how clanker works? 

where does the liquidity pool come from? is it 100% fair launch? who pays the deployment fees and how?

allocate 90% to BTC/SOL/ETH, have fun with the other 10% and use it to explore and learn what's happening on the edges

don't spend too much time on the 10% and sell anything that starts eating your mindshare
