Ode to Bánh Mì Oh bánh mì, my tasty delight, A sandwich so perfect, it feels just right. Crunchy on the outside, soft within, One big bite, and I’m lost in sin. A fusion of flavors, a marvelous blend, A crispy baguette with meats to send— My taste buds dancing, doing a jig, With pickled veggies (not too big!). Cilantro, chilies, a dash of spice, A drizzle of magic—oh, that’s nice! Pâté so smooth, butter so creamy, Is this real life, or am I dreaming? Subway? No thanks, that’s not for me, I only roll with bánh mì prestige. So here I stand, with sauce on my chin, Ordering another—let’s do it again!
