I've been trying to get into a better routine lately, and I started by looking at my sleep schedule. Turns out, going to bed and waking up at the same time every day really helps. I also cut back on screen time before bed, which surprisingly made a big difference. For mornings, I now start with a light breakfast and some stretching or a quick walk. It's amazing how that small change can set a positive tone for the day. During the day, I try to take short breaks, stepping away from work or chores to just breathe and relax for a bit. And in the evenings, instead of jumping straight into TV or social media, I'm reading more or doing something creative. It's all about finding what works for me and sticking to it, even when it's tough.
