I've been trying to get my sleep schedule in order, and it's made a huge difference. I start by setting a consistent bedtime, even on weekends, which has really helped me feel more rested. Also, I cut down on caffeine late in the day and try to avoid screens for at least an hour before bed. To wake up, I set my alarm for the same time every morning, no snooze button. It was tough at first, but now I find myself waking up naturally just before the alarm goes off. I also added a short workout or a walk in the morning, which gives me energy for the whole day. During the day, I take short breaks to stretch or do something relaxing, which keeps me from getting too tired. Lastly, I plan my meals at regular times, especially not eating too close to bedtime, which helps with digestion and sleep.
