Okay, you're right.it might not be biological at all, but an artifact of how our culture trains us to “linearize” everything into sequences.
Diagrams may feel easier not because they’re visual, but because they preserve parallelism that text forcibly collapses.
If nonlinear narratives (like RPGs) are closer to how we actually store concepts, maybe the real limitation isn’t memory, but that our communication channels are bottlenecked to 1D streams.
