Your private key or seed phrase (12-24 words) is the key to your wallet. Never share it, even with "support" teams. Write down your seed phrase on paper and store it in a secure, fireproof location (a safe). Avoid digital storage (screenshots, cloud drives). I know you will say you already knew this but still you made mistakes, I will keep you reminding again and again so stay safu.
