the appview is basically an indexer/backend for an atproto application, if you get banned from bluesky’s indexer anyone using the indexer’s API will not be able to retrieve your posts without going directly to the account repository or another indexer that both doesn’t respect the Bluesky labeler and stores the content this will not affect any other applications that don’t rely on the Bluesky appview for essential functionality (for example, an application reliant on Bluesky content like Skylight will not work due to it primarily using the appview, while an independent application like Tangled will still work as it does not rely on the appview outside of getting your profile picture) the only way that an account can be truly kicked off the network is if their PDS suspends them (bluesky’s PDS cluster used to do this, see https://pfrazee.leaflet.pub/3lz4sgu7iec2k), and even then anyone with custody over their DID document can just move to another PDS and restore from a backup
