For context, x402, launched by Coinbase in May 2025, is an open HTTP- based protocol for instant stablecoin micropayments, ideal for Al agents, enabling autonomous transactions at $0.001 fees on Base while capturing data for Al service pricing insights. The question will be will value capturing will be in $BASE token or coin stock?
