On my last pages Asking myself why this book has not been yet made a movie / series yet… My expectations of the book went in a different direction: thought there would be more sci-fi components to it… yet, it is one of the best books I have read about slavery in the antebellum south so far. What are your thoughts?! Looking forward to discuss irl soon 🤸🏻♀️
