Enzo is far from overrated; you can make an argument for his price, but it's no fault of his that he's valued that highly and there's a club willing to pay the price.
Now first off, I don't really like Twitter Tacticos; most of them just pull shit out of their arses and spill. We watched Enzo in the World Cup deployed with De Paul and Mac Alister (with the former being an absolute workhorse OOP).
Enzo was never sold as a player with his OOP highlighted as part of his strength; more of his regista, press resistance (though minimal), creativity, passing range, and ability to play across the midfield. But yunno, Chelsea, always buying every shiny youngster on the market whilst not ever having a stable project to let them develop, either signing sub-par high school physical education teachers as coaches or not allowing promising ones to stay long enough before sacking them.
And even with all these, Enzo isn't a liability OOP.7
