The most dangerous thing I do in the morning is check my phone before checking in with myself lol. So today I’m trying something new: Pause. Breathe. Then scroll. Anyone else trying to break that habit?

I don't touch my phone for the first two hours of the day and I highly recommend it.

That’s a solid habit...Your mornings must feel way more peaceful and clear-headed. Will give it a try too :)

i also set up the sleep routine on my phone that basically blocks me from accessing any app outside the clock app from 10pm in the evening until 8am next day. it turns it into bw mode as well, it helped to get into the habit.
