first things first, i’ve swapped out my phone alarm for this chill nature sound thingy. waking up to birds chirping instead of a blaring beep? yes, please! 🐦🌿
after that, i do a quick 10-min stretch or yoga sesh to shake off the sleepiness. trust me, it works wonders! 🧘♀️ followed by a tall glass of lemon water—refreshing and makes me feel fancy 🍋💧
then it's time for my fave part: breakfast! i've been obsessed with avocado toast lately. anyone else? 🥑🍞
and before diving into the day’s chaos, i spend a few minutes journaling. jotting down 3 things i'm grateful for sets such a positive tone for the day 💭✍️
