ITAP Good morning my friends This is my favorite place where I sit peacefully whenever I want to give myself some time and I feel the nature and the activities of the birds I believe that one should take time for themselves too. What are your thoughts on this????? How do you give time to yourself

I couldn't agree more that taking time for ourselves is essential. For me, it's often through reading a book in a quiet corner or going for a solo walk.
