Liquidity rotates into the sector
Examples of narratives:

Restaking
Modular blockchains
Gaming
RWAs
No narrative = no attention = no volume.
3️⃣ Smart money buys boredom
Retail buys:
❌ green candles
❌ hype tweets
❌ “already up 300%” coins
Smart money buys:
✅ boredom
✅ accumulation ranges
✅ coins nobody talks about (yet)
If it feels “too quiet”, that’s usually the opportunity.
