Vì sao app chat "Tel3gr@m" bị chặn ở Việt Nam nhưng iPhone vẫn nhận được thông báo? Cơ chế hoạt động của thông báo trên iOS như sau: 1. Ứng dụng (như Tel3gr@m) đăng ký token thiết bị với Apple Push Notification service (APNs). 2. Khi có tin nhắn mới, server của Tel3gr@m gửi payload đến APNs, không gửi trực tiếp tới thiết bị. 3. APNs là dịch vụ của Apple, nó push dữ liệu về thiết bị đã đăng ký. Vì APNs không bị chặn ở Việt Nam, nên iOS vẫn nhận được thông báo đầy đủ, ngay cả khi Tel3gr@m không thể kết nối trực tiếp đến server của nó do bị chặn. Nói cách khác: • Notification vẫn về vì nó đi qua Apple. • Nội dung chi tiết thì phụ thuộc vào mức độ có sẵn trong payload, app không fetch thêm được nếu bị block. • Không cần VPN để nhận thông báo, nhưng vẫn cần VPN nếu muốn sử dụng app đầy đủ.
