You don't have to say yes to every gig. It is not all job you need to take. Here's a real life example;
- A year ago, Xabi Alonso was doing very well with Bayer Leverkusen. Today, he is sacked by Real Madrid after just 6 months in charge.
- Ruben Amorim did a great job with Sporting CP but left to Man Utd, only to be sacked after 14 Months.
- Enzo Maresca led Leicester to EFL Championship title and promotion to the Premier League, but left to Chelsea. Despite winning 2 major trophies for the Blues, he got sacked after 18 months.
As a Web3 jobber, be realistic with your expectations, prioritize your strategy, and do not fall short of delivery. Lastly, learn to say "No" to what you cannot handle.
