Okay, here's my breakfast: I'm devouring this ridiculously good avocado toast right now. Toasted sourdough, perfectly crisp on the edges, topped with smashed fresh avocado that's got a bit of everything in it – salt, pepper, maybe a dash of that garlic chili flakes. It's creamy but with a little bit of texture. And I added some sliced cherry tomatoes, sprinkled with a little red chili flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil finished it off. Honestly, seriously good. Now for a big mug of black coffee to wash it down.
