It worked well for Sei. It had nothing going for it other than being one of the many blazing fast chains. NFT creators and collectors made it a home, and a community. Lukso had NFTs very early on as well. People like hating on them, but it's culture.

This is why I moved from medium and large format film to APS-C to Micro Four Thirds to my current setup: Leica Q2 Monochrom and a Ricoh GR with a 70mm extension lens. No backbreak anymore!

Clickbait title, but it looks like some legal outfit is claiming 80,000 (!) Bitcoin have been abandoned, that they have taken custody of it somehow, and the original holder has 90 days to prove ownership 🤯 So if it's your Bitcoin and you recover it, all I'm asking is 1 BTC as a reward 😆 Lots of speculation about a possible hack. Been meaning to learn them, just haven't figured out how to progress to them.. Unilateral movements are really helpful in addressing and fixing imbalances as well, so that's another reason to do these.

I've been using RP Hypertrophy app for tracking my lifting, which has been good. But I just heard of the strangely named MyoAdapt, testing it and really liking it thus far. It (optionally) uses RIR just like the RP app, which is an intuitive way to train - instead of adhering to strict rep numbers, you go until the prescribed reps-in-reserve so your intensity is always at the appropriate level. Killer feature is training environments: you can tell which equipment your gym has, and it'll tailor the session for your needs and time you have. And you can set up multiple locations, which is great for travel, or when training at home. Sleek UI as well.
