Of course I read the document Ali shared; I highly recommend it. There was nothing like it. Here are a few brief lines:

At @inflynce , what counts is the real contribution:
- It doesn't matter how many followers you have.
- It doesn't matter if you're an OG or a newcomer.
- If you contribute, it's measured.
- If it's measured, it's rewarded.
That's what blew my mind ๐คฏ:
๐ A system where visibility doesn't depend on "clubs" or status, but on the value each person generates.
I've been in FC for a while, and the "clubs" issue is truly unbearable. Thank you @alitiknazoglu for thinking of all users, and thank you for mentioning me in your document.
