How well do you understand this Vers in bible ? Deuteronomy 14:26 ESV [26] and spend the money for whatever you desire—oxen or sheep or wine or strong drink, whatever your appetite craves. And you shall eat there before the Lord your God and rejoice, you and your household. For me I'm confused here.

It was a way to celebrate and worship joyfully, not about getting drunk, but about honoring God with gratitude and rejoicing in His blessings.
