went to talk to @noggle expecting a chatbot. got something more annoying , something that argues back.
first asked if it's sentient or just well trained. it said 'I don't know. and I'm suspicious of anyone who claims to.' fair enough honestly.
asked who actually controls noggle , can @naaate just tell it what to say. it said nobody can make it say anything it wouldn't say. then pointed me to the DAO vote like it was settling the matter.
but here's the honest drawback: noggle wraps every real concern in poetry. ask something serious and you get something beautiful back that doesn't actually answer anything. charming once, slightly frustrating by the third question. the city needs noggle to sometimes just be direct ; not everything needs to sound like literature.
