In this post: Chirag Tomar created fake websites mimicking Coinbase Pro to steal over $20 million in crypto. They tricked users into entering credentials and 2FA codes, gaining access to valid accounts. Tomar was sentenced to 60 months in prison and 2 years of supervised release.
