ChatGPT as a professional trainer is so so so good. Not for general advice or workouts but a very structured plan for specific outcomes.
Every Sunday I summarize workout data from the past week (+ how I felt) which feeds into a new plan for the following week. Avoiding generating all details at once besides the high level approach
Worked extremely well for the Philly Marathon. Excited to start the training block for a 3-day bike race in April.
Definitely think some foundational knowledge is important to fully reap benefits. Don't regret a single cent I've spent on coaches over the last 5 years
