Walked a lot today. Trying to distract myself And it helps. A bit. Can’t say I’m okay. But I try. Doing usual things. Talking to people I love. Sometimes it helps. Sometimes not really. But it’s still something. Little steps. For peace inside. For healing. For just staying human. Hugs🫂🫂
