Yes! They’re in the safest, most loving hands with both sets of grandparents — I truly couldn’t ask for better. Just a little mom guilt kicking in, but I’m sure it’ll pass once I step out the door. Thank you so much for the encouragement! 💜

Yea me too. But apparently brass distributes heat evenly and works as nonstick, hence good for dosas. The pan I’ve bought is so pretty, I thought if not dosa I’ll make roti/paratha/Sukhoi in it 😅

It says not to store certain masalas in the containers but most of the masalas that we use in routine cooking are fine. I’m not sure if it adds any benefits to the food, this is my first brass purchase. I’ve ordered brass dosa tava as well. Let’s see how it turns out.

The wooden spoons didn’t come with it. It came with one brass spoon but my OCD brain has to have different spoons for all different spices 🙈

My precious find from India. I’ve been eyeing this gorgeous brass masala box for months, and it’s finally here! Can’t wait to use it every day. 😍 she’s a beauty! I have a few more things on the way.. this and the food is why I come to India and to meet family and friends 🫢
