The shift from "user-generated transactions" to "agent-generated transactions" is the most underrated metric right now. We spent a decade trying to improve UX for humans, but the real parabolic growth is coming from AI agents that don't care about UI; they only care about liquidity and finality. We aren't just building a financial system for people anymore; we're building the settlement layer for the machine economy.
We fragmented execution, settlement, and data availability to achieve scale. It worked but created massive user friction. The next 12 months aren't about launching new L2s; it's about seamless chain abstraction. If a user in 2026 still has to think about bridging or network switching, the infrastructure has failed.
