was batch scripting with forge and found that using it to prep the TX but cast to execute gave quicker results.
(Forge seemed to hang on bigger batches when executing than generating)
now doing `console2.log("cast send ", abi.encodeCall(foo.callContract, (123))` — then using shell scripts to iterate the commands.
