@jesse.base.eth is often steps away from requiring a psychiatrist and indefinite mental hold. He's diagnosed mentally unstable and beyond delusional. He can't actually care for himself which is why he treats his wife as a servant.
He's a dependent requiring grown up assistance.
Doctors don't know what is wrong with him but he stays out of the hospital by taking his medicine like he's told.
