Elephant mom and calf. So beautiful. I love how they caress each other with their trunks. They even do that to dead relatives when they come across a skull and bones. Sadly, humans are the reason so many animals are extinct or on their way to extinction because of our greed and ignorance. Elephant tusks and rhino horns are used in certain cultures as part of an herbal remedy and they are supposed to help men’s virility. Despicable. We need to stop this madness before there aren’t going to be animals anymore except in the zoo. How sad and tragic.
