Super easy: My grandma makes fig jam which is easy and delish.
Easy but long: A friend's family make homemade fig wine / fig mead out in the Turkish countryside but lots of patience and research required to make it taste good (research the proper yeasts etc)
You can also throw em on a pizza for a fantastic topping
