Smol is using only Safe Smart Contracts! To make it simple, Safe has different versions of safes, and only some are compatible with the `L1` version (which is the one deployed on Mainnet), but all are compatible with the `L2` version. No proxy, just calling the factory with the same seed everywhere :)
