1. Codify vote reforms - in person, watermarked paper ballots, US ID required, one day for voting.
2. Turn some Executive Orders into actual laws - maybe Congress could try doing some of the heavy lifting here?
3. CUT SPENDING. Congress has the power of the purse - turn off
