2024–2025 are among the biggest years for Bitcoin distribution. Even during strong market growth, long-term BTC holders are selling at one of the highest rates ever. Last time we saw something similar? 2017 — when BTC first hit $20K. So why isn’t Bitcoin crashing? Because the supply is being absorbed by institutions: corporations, public companies, spot ETFs, venture capital. What’s happening is a silent shift: BTC is moving from retail hands → to large capital. One question remains: who will buy Bitcoin from them later? I doubt they bought BTC just to hold it forever.
