The Sun’s light takes about 8 minutes to reach Earth. That means when you feel sunlight on your skin,you’re experiencing the Sun as it was 8 minutes ago. If the Sun vanished suddenly,we wouldn’t know right away. Even in our own solar system, reality always arrives with a delay.
