I've been taking all my morning meetings w/ the walking pad + 18 pound weighted vest.. i'm achieving 10k steps by noon every day. It's pretty amazing how much easier it is to achieve that goal with it while you're on zoom calls.
I follow that up with 30 mins of the under desk foot massager!
