I don't like days like tomorrow. It will likely be filled with aggression from many people, as well as greed, as they try to carve up a pie that doesn't belong to them.
In my years of experience, I've seen many communities collapse at this point, and I don't want to see it happen again. Keep your cool.
And I want to convey one thing to the team: good luck, and weigh the comments carefully, both from the fud and from those who are happy.
And don't forget those who are truly valuable, because not everyone is visible and doing equally important work.
