Once a port reaches Level 2, you can earn up to 3 hearts there. Each heart gives you +1% Trade Premium at that port, up to +3%.
How to collect them?
> Upgrade the port
> Clear the water for the Port Masters upon their call
One heart fades every 24 hours, so your standing has to be maintained. Show your value to the ports you sail through, and earn better terms in return.
The waters will not clear themselves.
