💯 on all this, I have a notion database of every question I ask on a podcast. I even share the questions ahead of time so people are relaxed and don’t think ima spring something up.
Best of all, if a fellow podcaster has interviewed them, I do follow ups to that podcast and link them in my own podcast. Rising tide lifts all ships.
