Sea Coconut and Snow Fungus Soup
Stew sea coconut and snow fungus with red dates and honey dates for a cooling, hydrating soup.
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
