trying to make a living as an artist when none of your other friends IRL are is incredibly isolating

I have several who are also artists and make art, but having someone on the *same* journey as me would be so awesome and we'd both be able to help each other

it requires a special kind of delusion but alas

I feel this so much that’s why I’m grateful I met kindred souls when I got into NFTs back in 2021. It’s just a bit sad that the people who really understand what I’m going through are oceans away. I would love to take long walks and just chat with them for hours.
