interesting farcaster use case: i've short term rented my apt 2/2 times in the last month to people on farcaster 1. high social trust / validation -> either already knew & trusted them or was able to easily check with a few friends to validate that they're a responsible individual 2. easy cross border payments -> one was canadian, one indian. trying to do international transfers would have been a pain in the ass and taken forever. here they sent my warplet a test txn and then transferred rent seamlessly in USDC + i can return security deposits just as easily 3. consumer crypto people have high demand for being in nyc and higher degree of flexibility than my normie friends -> when i made same posts on my private IG, there was a lot more interest but hard to find the perfect fit as i ideally wanted someone to take the full dates anyway thought that was interesting just sharing farcaster is gonna be craigslist then dating app lfg
