Closed Source AGI vs Open Source AGI 🔥 AGI is growing fast, but how it is built decides whether it is for all of us or just a few companies. let's understand both with relevant examples. Closed Source AGI As an example we can think of ChatGPT. No doubt it's super powerful, but locked with APIs and subscriptions. we can't see the training data, safety rules, or exact limitations. 😅 And the main thing it is controlled by one company. Open Source AGI Here we can talk about Sentient GRID as an example. It is open source, so anyone can audit, improve, and ensure it aligns with human values, not just company profits. We can collaborate, innovate, and trust same as how Linux powers the internet today. 🙌
